2.2 Guest Accounts. You may use the app as a guest without creating an account. Guest data is stored only on your device. We are not responsible for data loss if you uninstall the app, clear app data, or sign out while using a guest account.
2.3 Account Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse the app.

4.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy. Nutritional data displayed in the app is sourced from third-party databases (USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any nutritional information.
4.2 AI Scanner Limitations. The AI Food Scanner identifies food items from photos and provides estimated nutritional information. The scanner may misidentify foods or provide inaccurate estimates. Always verify important nutritional information with official or professional sources.
4.3 Not Medical Advice. The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dietary, or health advice. All calorie counts, macro breakdowns, and nutritional estimates are for general informational purposes only. Do not rely on this app to diagnose, treat, prevent, or manage any health condition.
4.4 No Liability for Dietary Decisions. We are not responsible for any health outcomes, injuries, or other consequences resulting from dietary choices or decisions made based on information provided by the app. Always consult a qualified healthcare or nutrition professional before making significant changes to your diet.
The free version of the app is supported by advertisements delivered through Google AdMob. By using the free version, you agree to the display of advertisements in accordance with Google's advertising policies.
We may offer optional premium subscription features in the future. Premium features will be offered at clearly published prices and will be managed through your device's app store billing system, subject to that store's refund and billing policies.
The app and all its original content, features, design, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the app without prior written permission from the developer.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses.
